How can we help?
Service is limited to 1 item totaling no more than 30 minutes of repair time. Repairs listed should be functional items or safety items. We are providing space for 2 items in the event an alternate is needed (i.e. parts availability, complexity, etc). Emergency items will have first priority. If time allows, after all attendees' first repair items are completed, our technicians will begin to work through the secondary items on a first-submitted basis. If you would prefer, we will offer one hour of free labor at one of our Factory Service Centers (Decatur, IN or Coburg, OR) in lieu of field repairs at the rally.
If you know that you need some replacement parts for a repair on your unit or want to order maintenance parts at a discount, you can order these parts in advance of the rally. Unfortunately, we will not have a parts truck at the rally. Anyone wishing to place a parts order can do so by calling a parts sales representative at 1-877-466-6226 (option 1) before
. Be sure to request the " rally promo" to your sales representative to receive your rally pricing parts discount. NOTE: There is a minimum $25.00 order. Orders under $25.00 may be subject to a handling fee. All orders will be subject to normal shipping charges.
Repairs or noted service issues identified at this event do not imply warranty coverage for motor homes whose warranty has expired.
